Two Gremmy Clones summoned a meteor that would destroy the seretei (and it's surroundings) and I think I speak for all of us that the inhabitants are over 80,000.

And he can have instant regen for his clones so you need to actually one shot him, something that's impossible for the vast majority of the army.

No, he wasn't. If he was bloodlusted he would've, could've, and should've killed Kenny on the spot. But he wanted to see if he could have some "fun" in trying to destroy him. And I didn't even know where you got "OOC" he acted the same from when we were introduced to him up until his death.
