Heroes who died before Infinity War will have a shot at Thanos (without any infinity stones).

The three heroes have one week of prep and will ambush Thanos. Thanos does not know they are going to attack him.

If they have no chance of succeeding, add Ronan the Accuser with the power stone (but no busting the planet). Ronan would be in character and would be attacking Thanos to follow through with his threat in GOTG.

Yondu-Useful from a distance, but Thanos's reflexes and durability are really damn high. He could have a shot if he gets in enough hits, but that's unlikely.

Groot-Gets stomped by Thanos, the best he could do is a basic distraction.

Quicksliver- he's fast, but can't hit for shit, plus he got shot multiple times and is a glass cannon here.

The only person here that could benefit from prep is Yondu. Ronan even with the power stone does not have the skill needed to take Thanos.

Thanos reaction isn't great. I remember nothing from it + Yondu loves to be unpredictable.
