As far as I know or unless I'm missing some mind-blowing feats, most of what Fate did has been replicated by Strange, someone who's quite inferior to Dormammu. Without counting that Dormammu himself has his fair share of own feats that I haven't seen Fate being able to pull it off.

@andromeda101: I won't say it'll be easy but given as how Fate has taken on more powerful people in The Spectre at least for a while, I think it's safe to say he's a lot more powerful than Dormammu is overall among plenty of other crazy feats over time that Fate has, I think I'd go with Fate more times than not over Dormammu. Strange while powerful but for the most part has been established that Fate at his best is more powerful than Strange is, there are things Fate can do or has access to that Strange doesn't. Nabu makes all the difference.

Just check out those feats for Fate at his best, kind of insane actually. Those are some of his best feats, I don't see how the power of Fate/Nabu can't take on Dormammu honestly.

Who that Fate has taken on that's more powerful than the Spectre to begin with? The fight between them that I remember had Kent straight up on-panel admitting that the Spectre could've killed him if truly wanted or even other instances where admitted the later is more powerful. How is that safe to say Fate is more powerful than Dormammu, btw? How can you prove to me that's not just a bunch of high-end showings instead of his usual level? Because if we're going to play this game, Strange also has similar to superior feats such as defeating Nebulos in Stan Lee Meets Doctor Strange(Nebulos=>The Living Tribunal, who in turn is leagues above the Spectre), yet is still many times inferior to Dormammu. Where has been established that Fate is superior to Strange, btw? By DeathBattles? The same guys that had to literally to pick the whole Kent, Nabu, Inza merging from Immortal Doctor Fate#3 like if was something that happened during mid-battle for Fate to win(That transformation isn't something that can be done on a whim like they said, honestly)? That said absorbing magic might be too dangerous to Strange when the character has feats like absorbing Mordo after later was amped by the energies of a million dimensions/universes? But okay, let's accept everything they said and even the outcome of their battle...They still mention that's a close call regardless, a close call against an opponent far inferior to Dormammu should show that Dormmy is the most powerful, don't you think? Fate can do things that Strange can't and that's true, but have you considered the opposite as well? That are things Strange can do that Fate can't? Also, Nabu itself doesn't have the feats too, but I don't even need to go there because he isn't in this battle, Fate is.

I've seen those feats, nothing that surprises as much. Like, Dormammu has consistent multiversal/multi-universal feats and if we start to wank, is superior to characters who have a fricking Omniversal feat(Hela/Mephisto).

Andromeda 101 Yeah, but he put up a fight for a while and considering how fast Spectre killed every other magic user in the DCU in that arc I'd say that's pretty impressive. Of course he lost to him but like I said if he could take on someone on Spectre's level, with more abilities and power than Dormammu than I'm sure he could take on Dormammu. I said it's safe to say Spectre is more powerful than Dormammu, but I believe Fate can take out Dormammu. How can you prove otherwise exactly? Who has Dormammu defeated remotely close to classic Fate Nabu's power or better yet Spectre? Certainly not Strange because he's no where near either.

Normally I don't take what DB takes too seriously but of late they've been doing better with breaking things down compared to their earlier vids, at any rate their opinions aside the feats they showed don't lie for Fate. True, but if this battle is with both characters going all out I don't see why Fate can't take on Dormammu. You can disagree if you wish, that's ok. I just feel Fate wins this(pre 52/kent nelson version) not that weaker N52 version. I honestly don't see what Strange can do that Fate can't do as well or dare I say to a better degree. Not lowballing Strange, just saying even DB guys broke this down regarding the power and realm of Nabu which is another level of power all together than standard magic, spells etc Well, semantics. Nabu is what powers Dr. Fate technically but for sake of battle I'm just going to say Dr. Fate, I mean it's the same with Strange's eye, obviously it increases his power.
