TWS. Logan had violence yes but it didn't exactly have action that can make you jump out of your seat.

Logan was more creative with the action imo.

I think Captain America taking out the Quinjet is better than the entirety of Logans action

Logan barely had action. It's just overhyped for being r rated so they can show gore and blood. I don't care about all that, I was fine with the near bloodless censored stabs, in fact I liked The Wolverine more. Much more my type of film with better action. Wolverine vs Shingen beat every fight with X24

The Winter Soldier. It has some of the best action scenes in CBM history.

Winter Soldier by far. Logan had the first clone fight on the farm and that's about it. The blood and brutality made it real good. I don't remember the second fight at the border. Yes, Laura had some cool action sequences too. I think The Wolverine actually had better action and fights than Logan.

Hands down, Logan.

The Winter Soldier was filled with generic fancy martial arts, the only gripping fight scene was on the highway. Logan was filled with intense fights. The choreography itself was animalistic, which is how its supposed to be. Still some of the most shocking fights I've seen.

I would take well made western old school fighting style over modern CGI colored choreo all day. And consider that these were 2 of the greatest CBM of all time, I gotta go with Logan.

The Winter Soldier IMO.

Overall, WS. But some of the long awaited R rated usage of the claws was near orgasmic.

@whyzoserious: In your experience, do a lot of people underrate Logan? I have it in the top 3 cbm movies of all time, (Personally my favorite) but others omitt it or say it's overrated...

I ask because you're one of the few that has given it the respect it deserves.

I don't think it's underrated, just the viners are so much in love with the Winter soldier. they are both great movies, but come on, Logan is indeed top 3 of all time.

Easily Winter Soldier. Logan was excellent though and definitely better written than WS.

I think winter soldier had better action pack sequences than logan like CAP fighting the Russian or the chase between Cap and WS....But Logan was better orchestrated movie than Winter Soldier imo

I don't think it's a fair comparison. TWS focused on choreography and Logan focused on sheer brutality.
