Popeye isn't that strong man. People have this weird thing about nostalgic cartoon characters. I've read a good deal of the comics and watched a substantial number of the cartoons and really, his normal showings aren't that strong, he's very limited, vulnerable to a lot of things and one dimensional. You can point to some huge outlier feats like when he dragged the sun or when he flew to the moon, but for the most part his showings really aren't that great. In my opinion, a versatile and more consistent guy like Iron Man is more than enough. Rounds 4 and up are crazy mismatches, even if you use the most optimistic possible showings for Popeye he's nowhere near that level.

Popeye toon force is not that potent, Galactus power cosmic should be more powerfull already. And in no way Popeye is effecting IG Thanos, that's ridiculous. And no beating up creator is not that good of a feat, stop it.
