Captain America and Loki have a rematch. Both of them have all of their feats including the ones in Infinity War.

Rules:

• Loki has his daggers, casket of ancient winters and his scepter which contains the mind stone


• Cap has his shield, motorcycle, arm magnets and grapple gun (which he used against Ironman)


• Morals off


• Random encounter


• The battle starts 40 feet away from each other

Who wins and why?

I think Loki stills wins. Just being from Asgard/Nine Realms puts him at a level above anything Cap could dish out, even with his upgrades from Infinity War.

Asgardian genetics means that even a fodder could stomp Rogers. And of course Loki has his magic tricks. Mismatch imo.

Stock Asgardians are stronger, tougher, faster than even Cap, who still has a skill edge, enough to stall one for a while, but ultimatley he would lose.

Furthermore, Loki was playing with him in the first Avengers, as he wanted to be captured (hope I didn't spoil anyone here).

How is it in any way remotely close with Loki's Illusions, asgardian arsenal (aka, Casket of winters, scepter, daggers ect) and of course the most obvious one the huge stat advantage.

The only thing Steve's got going for him is skill which means very little if the disparity in stats is so great, not to mention Loki's a very formidable fighter himself in H2H and like I've said which I think you've overlooked here but Loki has all of his asgardian weaponry and hax Illusions on top of his stat advantage makes it pretty one sided.

Loki is virtually invincible to any (lasting) damage Cap can dish out. Bullets literally bounce off this guys skin

Mmmhh - Not sure I agree on that.

One thing is sure; Not all Asgardians are fighters (Loki isn't, althought he is no pushover). And neither of them are truely immortal too. Also, Odin's later reign was being one of peace; No Asgardians saw war except for some warlike individuals (Thor, the Warrior Three, Heimdall etc).

Another thing: Cap's not so much skilled as his style is highly unorthodox (from a classical PoV), with shield throws, jumps and lunges etc. In the first Avenger flick, he clearly had the right moves - he just didn't have the necessary clout behind them.

@nucleon: Asgardians are a warrior culture. You'd think they would have at least a decade's worth of experience seeing as how Loki himself is considered strange because he doesn't follow the norm of asgardians being buff and warlike
