Krypton season one just ended, pretty cool stuff if you're into Superman, Brainiac or Krypton. But anyway, noticed this hasn't been done(sure the comic versions have) but was curious what would happen if these two met.

Who'd win? How would they win? Would would hack who?

Ultron has taken over Earth, while Brainiac the DCU worlds and has moved to the multiverse and encounters Ultron, using his ship and scout pods, decides intrigued by him and challenges him, what happens.

Rules:

1st Round:

*Random Encounter

*No BFR for either

*One must take over the other or destroy the other

*Winner wins this Earth's knowledge, resources etc

*Ultron has knowledge of Brainiac collecting and studying worlds

*Brainiac has studied and knowledge of Ultron via probes he sends out

*Roughly a month of time prep time for both

Brainiac wins both rounds. Destroying Krypton ships with a move of his hand is far more impressive than anything Ultron did. I can't remember all of his feats at the moment, but most were very good from my knowledge.
