It's really close, but what T'Challa did at the end of Black Panther wins me over.

The one who does not have an emotional range of a brick wall.

The MCU one was good, but we have yet to see him really acting like a king. EMH was a very strong, independent character who held his own as an Avengers. The MCU one was still getting used to being king, and while that was an interesting progression, it still prevents me from giving him my vote. Personally I always liked Black Panther as one of the more independent heroes. Unfortunately, independent isn't on the MCU's checklist.

When comparing anything to the EMH in reguards to live action the the answer will always be EMH

EMH was a lot more comic accurate.

EMH is closer to comics obviously. TBH as far as the MCU I think BP was done better in CW and IW than his solo movie.
