It took everything they had for Fisto and his padawan to match grevious despite him being at both a stylistic and environmental disadvantage implying his superiority to the duo:

He immediately ignited his two lightsabers and swung them at the Jedi, but the walls of the corridor were too narrow for him to maneuver.

He turned his body side-ways so that he could fight the Jedi on either side of him with two lightsabers each. It took all that the two Jedi had to hold off Grievous' advances.

What i posted on the fight for grveious vs fisto is more impressive honestly. It shows grevious is>fisto+help(i also cheated a bit, as thats legends

Yeah Canon Grievous is still a tough opponent in his own right. He has the same level of physical strength as Legends Grievous and is a formidable unarmed brawler. It's just his actual saber skill is mediocre relative to Kenobi and Maul level fighters, that and he's more consistently susceptible to TK. Not that Legends Grievous is immune to being tagged; but it only happened infrequently and usually under special circumstances.

Legends Grievous as a villain is a lot more engaging. Having a non-forces sensitive cyborg make Jedi masters look like chumps is a pretty intimidating concept. Canon Grievous can't be taken seriously as a threat.
