Honestly it’s not even close. Hal taking hits from Parallax, resisting a the gravity of a star, and flying to the sun in mere moments put him far and above Ironman. Who had to use an amp just to catch up to a slow moving ship leaving the atmosphere.

Hal's high-end feats were extremely impressive, regardless of how shitty his movie was. Him ramming Tony at his top speed should be enough to split Tony in half.

I want to say Hal, but I feel Iron Man's attacks will be less like the sun's gravity that he tanked and more like the tanks that Hammond threw at him that put him down. His high end feats are great but getting punked like that is hard for me to forget.
