Hydrokinesis would be so much more useful in real life.

Water stomps, far more useful. Full blown electrokinesis on say Enel's level would make this a harder choice, with Percy level water manipulation though you have hax that no living organism can oppose sine you can potentially manipulate the water in someone's body.

Lightning for sure. Remember, Thor's lightning can be used to grab objects, imbue objects with electricity, and you can charge your iPhone in seconds. What more could you ask for?
