Battle takes place in the city from the Avengers. Cars can be used as cover.

Guessing movie versions in which case groot sticks his finger up their noses and smashes them around. Or racoon pools out some insanely giant sized weapon and blow them to smithereens.

Groot would be able to block most the gun fire and arrows while rocket makes some weapon on groots shoulders if he doesn't already have one.

Rockets weapons are better and groot can take out Widow and Hawkeye fast. Faster than Steve because he can block with shield, rocket could take both also again Steve a bit tougher. My vote is for rocket and groot
