I think he can clear it. Especially if he's going for the kill. His reflexes are amazing, if anything the only place I see him stopping is at the final round and that's a big maybe.

Anyway, I won't say that Geralt clears this. But, with his signs maxed out, he's more than prepared to fight a lot of the opponents on the list. Projectiles are out of the question, since Geralt parries them (except for Cap's shield, though he could dodge that) and two of his signs can be used to deflect them also. Characters that are faster than him can be slowed down with Yrden, while also taking damage from it at the same time. Good thing Geralt doesn't have Heliotrope sign in Witcher 3, or else he would clear very easily.

Geralt still clears it, it will be far more difficult, but since morals are on only round seven is truly debatable, but I think with the right prep geralt can rake it to
If i remember correctly geralt uses special oils that are extremely useful for healers like wolverine, and since wolverine is....well a massive jobber (constantly hit by people who really shouldn't be able to)

Stops at round 6. MCU Capt. is OP and could possibly solo. Add haweye for the range advantage and hitgirl for insurance and I belive we have a 9/10 victory.

The Sorcerer took a step back. Geralt tensed, ready to pounce and deliver a blow. But Vilgefortz did not raise his hand, he stretched it a little to one side. Suddenly, in his hand, materialized a thick staff, about six feet long.
‘I know,’ he said. ‘what bothers you in a reasonable assessment of a situation. I know it is complicated and difficult to predict the future, your right. This is your arrogance, Geralt. I’ll undo your arrogance. I’ll undo it with this wand here.’
The witcher narrowed his eyes, lifting his blade slightly.
‘I tremble with anticipation.’
Some weeks later, cured thanks to the efforts of the Dryads and the water of Brokilon forest, Geralt reflected on the mistakes made during the fight. He came to the conclusion that he had not made any. The only error he committed was before the fight. He should have fled before the fighting began.
The Sorcerer was fast, the wand in his hand flashed like lightning. Greater was the astonishment of Geralt, when the wand rang against his sword. But there was no time to wonder. Vilgefortz attacked, the witcher had to dodge and squirm in evasion. He was afraid of parrying with his sword. The wand was made of iron and magic.
Four times he found himself in a position to counter attack and strike. Four times he struck a blow. In the head, neck, arm and in the thigh. Each of the blows would be fatal. But each was parried.
No man would be able to parry those blows. Geralt started to understand little by little. But it was too late.
He saw the blow that the sorcerer struck him. The impact threw him against the wall. He pushed with his back, failed to make a jump, to make a feint, the stroke had deprived him of breath. He received a second hit in the shoulder, flew back again, hitting his head against the pillar, against the chest of a caryatid. Vilgefortz turned away in a deft leap, he waved his stick and punched him in the stomach, below the ribs. Hard. Geralt doubled over and was struck on the side of the head. His knees weakened below him suddenly and he fell. And that was the end of the fight. In essence.
Clumsily he tried to shield himself with his sword. The blade pierced the wall and the pilaster, he erupted in a groan vibrant and clear. He protected his head with his right hand, the staff fell and broke his forearm. The pain blinded him completely.
‘I could ruin your brain through your ears.’ Vilgefortz said from far away. ‘But this is a lesson. You made a mistake, witcher. You have confused the surface of a pond as the sky with stars at night. Oh, did you vomit? Good. Brain injury. Do you bleed from the nose? Great. So, I’ll see you. Someday. Maybe.’
He saw nothing and heard nothing. Sinking, sinking into something warm. He thought that Vilgefortz had gone. He was surprised, then, when his leg felt the vengeance of the iron wand, shattering his femur.
Any following blows, even if they occurred, he could not remember.
Geralt stops at new 52 Batman.

@redzkz: Vilgefortz would stomp everyone from this thread, he was the most powerfull mage in the witcher universe and extremely skilled fighter. Geralt losing to him was most understandable.

With magic.
He stomped Geralt twice in melee combat. Second time he nearly killed Geralt in melee combat despite having not fully healed leg and eye.

Like I said, he was extremely skilled fighter. And there are reasons to think, that he was using magic to enhance his strenght and reflexes. +This thread is about game Geralt who is way stronger than Geralt from the books.

@redzkz: More of a good showing for Vigelfortz than a low showing for Geralt. It can't be denied that Geralt is extremely skilled in melee combat.
Struggles at round 6 and 7, but would take it a majority IMO.
Final round is a bit more up in the air. Wolverines ferocity coupled with Deathstrokes skill is going to be more than a pain in the neck, but the signs even the playing field a little.
I'll give it to Geralt 6/10, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little biased.

So long as the battle doesn't take place on a 3ft high or more platform off the ground, Geralt clears.

@redzkz: Vilgefortz would stomp everyone from this thread, he was the most powerfull mage in the witcher universe and extremely skilled fighter. Geralt losing to him was most understandable.

Geralt is Witcher 3 EoS( as in full relic/master/magic gear with runes, bombs and potions of choice, full perks and mutagens)
His Axii will be disabled for the duration of this gauntlet.
He gets standard knowledge and 15 to choose his gear.
He thinks all his enemies are prepping to kill Ciri(he's determined to kill)
He is fully healed and rested after every fight.
All fights take place in a standard abandoned village environment, 100 feet apart, in line of sight.
All opponents get limited knowledge(they know vaguely what a witcher is) and are morals on.
Round 1:
Nolan Batman and Bane.
Round 2:
CW Arrow and Roy( No mirakuru)
Round 3:
New 52 Batman
Round 4:
Ezio Auditore and Connor Kenway.
Round 5:
Captain America(Comics, Young)
Round 6:
MCU Captain america, Hawkeye and Hit-Girl.
Round 7:
New-52 Nightwing, Batgirl.
Final round:
New-52 Deathstroke, Bone claw Wolverine.

Clears
The guy is too versatile,
He can use quun which knocks people back and protects him
He can use the the axis sign
So any two on two Is easy
Igni or aard would probably them outright
And this isn't even taking into consideration potions, bombs, years of experience and other tricks

@static_shock
son of a b-tch
Ok gone and made it harder
Geralt still clears it, it will be far more difficult, but since morals are on only round seven is truly debatable, but I think with the right prep geralt can rake it to
If i remember correctly geralt uses special oils that are extremely useful for healers like wolverine, and since wolverine is....well a massive jobber (constantly hit by people who really shouldn't be able to)

The guy is too versatile,
He can use quun which knocks people back and protects him
He can use the the axis sign
So any two on two Is easy
Igni or aard would probably them outright
And this isn't even taking into consideration potions, bombs, years of experience and other tricks

Clears
The guy is too versatile,
He can use quun which knocks people back and protects him
He can use the the axis sign
So any two on two Is easy
Igni or aard would probably them outright
And this isn't even taking into consideration potions, bombs, years of experience and other tricks

@static_shock
son of a b-tch
Ok gone and made it harder
Geralt still clears it, it will be far more difficult, but since morals are on only round seven is truly debatable, but I think with the right prep geralt can rake it to
If i remember correctly geralt uses special oils that are extremely useful for healers like wolverine, and since wolverine is....well a massive jobber (constantly hit by people who really shouldn't be able to)

He saw nothing and heard nothing. Sinking, sinking into something warm. He thought that Vilgefortz had gone. He was surprised, then, when his leg felt the vengeance of the iron wand, shattering his femur.

Geralt stops at new 52 Batman.

Geralt is Witcher 3 EoS( as in full relic/master/magic gear with runes, bombs and potions of choice, full perks and mutagens)
His Axii will be disabled for the duration of this gauntlet.

@pierpat:
Clears
The guy is too versatile,
He can use quun which knocks people back and protects him
He can use the the axis sign
So any two on two Is easy
Igni or aard would probably them outright
And this isn't even taking into consideration potions, bombs, years of experience and other tricks

@static_shock
son of a b-tch
Ok gone and made it harder
Geralt still clears it, it will be far more difficult, but since morals are on only round seven is truly debatable, but I think with the right prep geralt can rake it to
If i remember correctly geralt uses special oils that are extremely useful for healers like wolverine, and since wolverine is....well a massive jobber (constantly hit by people who really shouldn't be able to)

For round 6 I just pictured that scene where Geralt and lambert take on like a dozen members of the hunt.

He might be able to beat Nolan Batman, but he certainly isn't defeating new 52 Batman.

With magic.
He stomped Geralt twice in melee combat. Second time he nearly killed Geralt in melee combat despite having not fully healed leg and eye.

He lost to him in melee.
Like I said, he was extremely skilled fighter. And there are reasons to think, that he was using magic to enhance his strenght and reflexes. +This thread is about game Geralt who is way stronger than Geralt from the books.

@redzkz: Vilgefortz would stomp everyone from this thread, he was the most powerfull mage in the witcher universe and extremely skilled fighter. Geralt losing to him was most understandable.
He lost to him in melee.
Like I said, he was extremely skilled fighter. And there are reasons to think, that he was using magic to enhance his strenght and reflexes. +This thread is about game Geralt who is way stronger than Geralt from the books.

@mylittlefascist: Lol, that gif is pure gold. Reminds me of early days of Witcher 3.
Gets stomped at final round.
