Why can't Juggernaut use the bands of Cyttorak?

Do you agree that it would be really cool if he could? Maybe in the future we'll see a Juggernaut who can use them.

Because he's not a sorcerer.


That said, he did briefly learn magic and you can see him use it to fight Nightmare in Doctor Strange (1968) #182 , but I don't remember him using the Crimson Bands specifically. He gave up his sorcery powers straight away though; he didn't use them at all in his next appearance in Amazing Adventures (1970) #16 and as revealed in his appearance directly after that in The Incredible Hulk (1968) #172 he gave them up completely as part of a deal with Oblivion to get rid of him from Oblivion's realm and return him to Earth-616.
