The theme for Odins Death in Ragnarok was touching

Also the the Run the Jewels track when the Defenders fought the Hand

More or less Ragnaroks entire soundtrack

Thanos also had some haunting theme moments in IW

AC/DC and The Ramones.

TWS, TDW and BP are probably the best.

Including Netflix Daredevils theme is pretty nice.

Luke Cage for the soul reason that the soundtrack accurately produced a Harlem Vibe.

Avengers and Agents of SHIELD are the most intense, and are pretty amazing. I think it's intentional that AoS mirrors the Avengers theme, to establish the connection on a technical level as well as the fact that the threats delth with are a similar level.

Daredevil is an amazing theme, it's as gritty and dark as the show itself, and the quality is just top notch, brings out the tension without any particular melodic power.

The Winter Soldier's theme, which is one of the few character themes in the MCU, legit gave me chills every time, and it still does. It fits so well in the whole spy-thriller type of movie. Definitely one of the best.

Not many have really stood out to me. One of my favourite tracks is "Crossing into Darkness" from AoS which unfortunately hasn't been officially released yet. Also I like the Daredevil, JJ and Defenders OPs.

Avengers theme.

Iron Man 1 suit up theme. And other Iron Man movie themes/Soundtracks.

Frigga's farewell/Loki death theme.

Infinity War Gamora and Vision death themes.

Guardians of the Galaxy saving Gamora theme.

Guardians of The Galaxy 2 feeling Drax's feelings theme.

Civil War Iron Man VS Bucky one on one OST.

These are the only food ones the others are pretty bland.

For me... and not counting licensed tracks.

AOS theme as well.

Thor first movie soundtrack. quite underrated.

Aswell as infinity war soundtracks were high quality and Alan Sylvestri (one of the greatest composers ever in film industry). but the one were Thor returns was the best one. It was just pure art.

Definitely Killmonger's theme for me.

An obvious choice would be the Avengers.
