It seems possible.
The upcoming crossover will introduce Batwoman and Gotham City. Not to mention that it will also feature Green Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl and even Superman as the main characters. So, is it possible that, in wake of the Justice League movie's failure, The CW will reignite the team on the small screen?
Why it's a good idea.
After Justice League bombed, if DC wants to get fans interested in a sequel, putting the team on TV is the way to do it. Also, I'd just love to see them on TV.
Who could the team include?
The most obvious candidates are the already-confirmed heroes: Green Arrow, Flash, Superman, Supergirl and Batwoman. However, The CW has no shortage of heroes. It's likely the supporting characters will appear in the crossover as well, so that means the rest of the team will likely include Martian Manhunter (Supergirl), Black Canary (Arrow), Elongated Man and Vibe (Flash). This would be a fairly solid lineup that's mostly true to the source.
Who else could join the team?
It's likely that if the Justice League form in the Arrowverse, they'll be a team for a while. As for heroes who could join them later, my money is on...
Black Lightning
For now, Black Lightning is "in a separate situation" from the Arrowverse. However, so was Supergirl! It's likely he exists, either on Earth-1 (Flash, Arrow, Legends) or Earth-38 (Supergirl) and will join the Arrowverse someday. If so, he'd be a welcome addition to the League.
Batman
I know putting him on the team is kinda pointless because Batwoman will already be there, but he'd be a real treat to see join the Justice League in the Arrowverse.
Vixen (Mari)
Mari has been underused outside of her animated shorts, and she would add a lot of power to the team.
Blue Beetle
Ted Kord is heavily rumored for Arrow Season 7, and he'd be a fun, interesting character to work with. He could be the League's tech genius in the future.
Green Lantern (But not Jordan or Stewart)
Hal Jordan and John Stewart are both confirmed for 2020's Green Lantern Corps movie, but there's still two Lanterns missing from it: Guy Gardner and Kyle Rayner. I'd love to see both of them join the League and add a cosmic element.
So, what do you think? Should the Arrowverse have a Justice League? Comment below!

Caitlin for now has no powers. You can thank The Thinker for that.

A Green Lantern in the CWverse that isn’t Hal Jordan would be sacrilegious. Hal has a bromance with both Barry and Ollie, it’s simply the only option

@tobiasfate: Completely agree. Arrowverse gets a lot crap on this site, and I can see why, some seasons aren't as strong as others, but they have slowly developed the best live action DC Universe right now. It would be amazing to see them come together with their own version of the Justice League. They've earned it.

LOL what's so bad about it? I admit it's a little soapy and some of the actors suck, but it's funny and has some great storylines. I only really watch Arrow and The Flash though so I can't speak for Supergirl or Legends.

@solar_nerd: I only tried watching Arrow a few times. I failed every single one of them. I've talked about what I personally find makes Arrow terrible and talked about it in other threads, too lazy to do it again, but in short; horrible acting, by a good bit of actors and esspecially Amell, who for God's sake plays the protagonist, awful storylines a teenager could write, unspeakably appalling fight sequences, from choreography to editing to delivery, just general stuff really.
At least the DCEU has an excellent storyline in WW and an excellent cinematography and battle sequences film in BvS. Tbh, I'd rather watch these 2 movies on a continuous loop for 3 weeks rather than watch Arrow or The Flash. I also kinda liked SS, unlike most people.

Wait, and the arrowverse isn't "dark and depressing"? What's your metric for something being depressing? It seems like every other episode in the arrowverse somebody is depressed, breaking up, dying, or going through something, right? Is that OK because all the melodrama is covered with a thick layer of camp, bad writing, and bad acting?

It seems possible.

So, is it possible that, in wake of the Justice League movie's failure, The CW will reignite the team on the small screen?

Who else could join the team?
It's likely that if the Justice League form in the Arrowverse, they'll be a team for a while. As for heroes who could join them later, my money is on...
Black Lightning
For now, Black Lightning is "in a separate situation" from the Arrowverse. However, so was Supergirl! It's likely he exists, either on Earth-1 (Flash, Arrow, Legends) or Earth-38 (Supergirl) and will join the Arrowverse someday. If so, he'd be a welcome addition to the League.
Batman

Vixen (Mari)
Mari has been underused outside of her animated shorts, and she would add a lot of power to the team.
Blue Beetle

Wait, and the arrowverse isn't "dark and depressing"? What's your metric for something being depressing? It seems like every other episode in the arrowverse somebody is depressed, breaking up, dying, or going through something, right? Is that OK because all the melodrama is covered with a thick layer of camp, bad writing, and bad acting?

It seems possible.

So, is it possible that, in wake of the Justice League movie's failure, The CW will reignite the team on the small screen?

I am absolutely behind the Arrowverse doing this. They've put in the work and deserve a shot to have their version of the team out there.
