Depends on the version of seiya. Seiya in the op is just a bronze saint and there's no depiction if he has awakened the seventh sense or not. Wally stomps with that said.

wally, he can travel through time without the treadmill ( because its wally) and kill Seiya when he's a baby.

Seiya. Even as a Bronze Saint, he would be too far too much by the end of the series.

Wally speedblitzes and phases Seiya's heart out. In the worst case scenario BFR through speed force or Speed steal which Seiya has no counter to and won't even react before all this happens.
