Daredevil. Arguably more agile, had better striking power (some of his kicks sent people flying), and as fast if not even faster due to timing a shot from a sniper rifle. He also has a ton of pain tolerance since he was in two fights were he sustained injures and was practically bleeding out but was still took a beating from Kingpin who had inhuman strength (he killed one of his bodyguard with a single hit and killed the other by lifting him up and crushing his throat with one hand) and was still able to win.
