@anthp2000: The IM3 armor wasn't complete at that point I believe. And suit case armor was actually pretty good, casually pushing away cars and taking attacks that could slice cars in half without any damage. It's punches and hits would probably hurt Corvus.

Without surprise and (assuming) open area Tony keeps his distance and stomps

Tony can still fly and has an wide arry of weaponry he can fire all at once and no way Corvus will be able to deal with it.
