Composite Ultron mops the floor with him, considering that includes Final Form. All Murder has is beating up the Justice League and inferior hacking feats.

Murder Machine is powerful but not that powerful. He can’t really hurt Ultron and the Alfreds don’t really contribute much. Ultron does just about everything better than him and has superior stats.

@diarrhearegatta: beating the jl is a pretty good feat. Plus didn't he kill every hero is his home world?

@superman19: He killed the JLA in his world, yes. However, most of them are basically featless, so we don't know how impressive that was. Beating up the JLA is decent but doesn't suggest he could step up to a composite Ultron who has better durability and overall better stats.

I'm from and it's not close. All the Dark Knights more or less should not be given fears for beating there version of the JL as it seems most of then weren't even direct fights.
