Considering imo R2 Ulquiorra > resurrected Harribel > R1 Ulquiorra, and we all know what Ichigo did with Ulquiorra, I am gonna say Ichigo stomps.

i dont get why people believe harribel is weaker than R2 ulquiorra i mean she was winning her 1v1 with hitsugaya and ended the arc having just 1 massive injury which came from aizen. all hitsugaya could do to her was freeze her which didnt do any lasting damage considering she then went on to stalemate their next clash despite him receiving help. just because she didnt spam Lanza like him doesnt mean shes weaker.

On topic : Vasto lorde wrecks the poor tia and i think that he could beat starrk too, he tanked ulquiorra lanza with a bare hand, starrk must hit him with a huge barrage of cero to make some damage and this ichigo can spam cero and posses high speed regen.

maybe because toshiro is one of the weakest captains and haribel couldn´t hurt him either. they couldn´t do something against each other because of their elements. haribel would have lost against most other captains while ichigo in vasto lorde form is far stronger than most captains at that time.

@raijin6: his powers completely countered hers and she still reckt him for a good amount of time in their fight untill she was frozen solid. notice how he couldn't kill her and instead opted to keep her incapacitated. not saying she is above vastro lorde ichigo but i am saying she doesnt deserve the amount of lowball she receives. harribel is stronger than ulquiorra imo simply because she performed better in her fights against toshirou both times while fighting someone who should have an elemental advantage. heck in r2 of their fight she was fending off hitsugaya with help quite comfortably and wasn't stressed to win with her only being taken out because of aizen betraying her. stark managed to do alot of damage to shunsui and co alone and he is only 2 ranks above her with ukitake and shunsui only managing to stalemate him and they are 2 of the stronger captains. all ulquiorras feats rely on an ichigo whos power was fluctuating so madly he isnt reliabe as a accurate gauge of strength.

just think it this way, ulquiorra > harribel speed wise (not even mentioning R2) and vasto lorde > ulquiorra R2 speed wise soo ichigo stomps, and yes the speed factor is well enough to decide the winner here since in bleach speed advantage almost every time equals victory.

not even starkk with cero metralleta would hit vasto lorde i believe, the only characters faster than vasto lorde in bleach anime is aizen and maybe yoruichi.

I think Ulquiorra was the strongest Espada or second to Stark after his second release. Seeing as how Vasto Lorde Ichigo dealt with him, I think the same would happen to Harribel.

still she countered toshiro the same way and he is still one of the weakest captains. she isn´t as weak as some people say but she didn´t deserve the no.3 imo because ulquiorra was stronger than her. normal hollow ichigo easily beat hiyori quite easily, lisa would be as strong as her and toshiro is not hollow ichigos power level. vasto lorde is far stronger than normal hollow ichigo. vasto lorde would probably defeat harible and these three at the same time
