Who cares?His costume will suck,he will be fat,dceu/wodc will make sure that one of definitive batman characteristic is changed,he will either be underpowered or overpowered,he will either be too serious or too funny to be interesting,he might be black,he will either be too young or too old to be considered young,there will be too many rumours before even the teaser comes out,one of the most obvious part of costume would be different than comic batman like ears will be too small or no white eyes i.e. something so people can complain how it sucks and movie will fail,it would either be too dark and gritty or too cheerful and campy for a batman movie,he might be too much Ironman for karate guy or too much iron fist for a polymath intelligent genius,whichever batman story would be adapted would be a wrong one,whichever villain is selected will either be too over overexposed or would be someone who no one cares about,his voice will plain suck because not Kevin conroy,if no kill rule is there then there will be long discussion how it is inefficient and should be changed and if not then it would be "not my batman",if the bat family is there then there would be "why isn't batman working alone?not my batman/why are there characters no one cares for" and if no bat family then "why don't we get to see other batfam,robin/Batgirl makes batman relatable and watchable".

Every little detail that even wodc wouldn't even know about would be leaked and after every single leak there will be three new threads about how the movie will fail and DC is going in wrong direction followed by the legendary quote "dceu is dead".

This would go on until filmmakers get demotivated or are able to make movie worse then it already was.

But if somehow out of all of this batman is made perfect with no shortcomings,they manage to clone conroy's voice on a perfectly ripped genetically created comic Bruce Wayne,no rumours and audience likes the story,the movie becomes a hit,sun rises from the west (I know too good to be true) and a sequel is under talks then suddenly there would be "oh god,batman steals all the spotlight","DC cares about noone other than batman and superman","should DC change its name to batman?","dc,please show other characters some love" and if the movie isn't made then "no batman,DC is dead","when does batman get a TV show?","why movies about characters that no one cares about and not starting the cinematic universe with the big 3".

But there will still be a consolation for me as a batfan as one thing won't change,people said batman was overrated before and they would say the same thing after the movie.

Dc/wb/dceu/wodc is like that father,son and the donkey in the aesop's fable and cbm fans are like different villagers of different towns who would curse if father or son or both or none are riding the donkey or they are both carrying the donkey.There is no win for them.Every direction they move in is the wrong one.Maybe they should just quit even thought people will fiND a way how it is wrong.

Whew,finally my rant is over.
