Green Lantern, not particularly close either. As much as I love the Thor mythos, it has been butchered recently

Haven't read much green lantern and I'm a huge Viking lore fan in general, so I'm bias towards Thor. Any suggestions from you GL fans on a good GL comic to pick up that's fairly new?

I prefer Thor's lore but some much of it keeps getting toss out of the window that in the end Thor's awesome history really don't matter anymore.

Thor has some really good and some really bad things going on. Norse mythology by itself is easily my least favorite one. But with good tweaks and MU in mind, some good things happened to Thor's lore.
Lanterns... tbf, outside of Emotional Spectrum expansion, it has zero to nothing going on for it. One of the reasons N52 Lantern books sucked so much. They had some immense potential with the New Gods and Wall Titans, but they blew it. Black Hand and Black Lanterns suck too, btw.
Kinda balanced in here.

Haven't read much green lantern and I'm a huge Viking lore fan in general, so I'm bias towards Thor. Any suggestions from you GL fans on a good GL comic to pick up that's fairly new?

I prefer Thor's lore but some much of it keeps getting toss out of the window that in the end Thor's awesome history really don't matter anymore.

Thor has some really good and some really bad things going on. Norse mythology by itself is easily my least favorite one. But with good tweaks and MU in mind, some good things happened to Thor's lore.
Lanterns... tbf, outside of Emotional Spectrum expansion, it has zero to nothing going on for it. One of the reasons N52 Lantern books sucked so much. They had some immense potential with the New Gods and Wall Titans, but they blew it. Black Hand and Black Lanterns suck too, btw.
Kinda balanced in here.

Haven't read much green lantern and I'm a huge Viking lore fan in general, so I'm bias towards Thor. Any suggestions from you GL fans on a good GL comic to pick up that's fairly new?

Thor has some really good and some really bad things going on. Norse mythology by itself is easily my least favorite one. But with good tweaks and MU in mind, some good things happened to Thor's lore.
Lanterns... tbf, outside of Emotional Spectrum expansion, it has zero to nothing going on for it. One of the reasons N52 Lantern books sucked so much. They had some immense potential with the New Gods and Wall Titans, but they blew it. Black Hand and Black Lanterns suck too, btw.
Kinda balanced in here.
