BIO

Ah Gou is a brilliant-minded adversary in combat, taking advantage of the slightest openings he notices, baiting enemies to his own advantage and purposefully holding back his full power until need-be so he can properly assess his opponent. He will not hesitate to go all out in a moment's notice however. A pragmatist, he will turn every fight to his advantage with any advantage possible.

Combining his brilliant mind with his amazingly versatile array of powers and attack options as well as underhanded and downright cheating items at times, Ah Gou will keep his opponents off-guard and ruthlessly beat them to death should they dare to defy him.

TERMS

• Soul Power: It is a gift unique to the Dark Ones whereby they imbue weapons with their very soul, altering its properties in ways to reflect their very soul as well as massively increasing their physicals. However, in rare circumstance, Dark Ones can give a human their soul and grant them this power.




• Smelting Aura: Smelting Aura is the very air and essence of Phantom Island, and can be channeled into various forms. Highly mastered persons can turn it into complex items, increasing density, size, and power with more practice




• Divine Power: The essence of what it is to be a God, Divine Power is the result of Transcendent Vigor granting supernatural ability to manipulate elements, summon beings for aid, healing, negating power itself, or many more.

ARM OF SMELTING AURA/GOLDEN GAUNTLET

• Blocks SiWang YenShen's Limit Break: Vicious Whip; for reference, SiWang's whip is capable of splitting the earth with a single swing




• Heavily injures SiWang with a blow




• Blocks Bu Nu's kicks




• Shatters a wall of Smelting Aura with Bu Nu's body; of note, Bu Nu had stated Ah Gou's smelting aura arm needed 10x more power to harm him, thus it isn't too much of a stretch to state Golden Gauntlet is a 10x boost to striking power. This is potentially contestable, however, Bu Nu canonically does not have a concept of deceit so I accept it.




• Destroys the entirety of a Battle Armor forged of metallic Smelting Aura in one blow




• OHKOs Horned Gods; for reference, this album showcases their base durability




• Shatters multiple structures after slamming Bai Lian into the ground

Dark Cannon is Ah Gou's Soul Power granted him by NiTian, turned into a Soul Gear that he spiritizes by turning a small handheld gun into a large, lethal cannon with varying modes and ammos to attack with.

• Operates using iron bullets that are empowered with his soul that he must manually load




• Sun rounds are many more times as powerful as Moon Rounds




• Is durable enough to withstand Frost Blades from Hanfeng's Limit Break

• Moon Rounds can break the bones of even powerful Dark Ones

MUTATED FORM OF NOTHINGNESS

Mutated Form of Nothingness was created after Ah Gou's trip to the mirror reality of Phantom Island and its heart of Nothingess infected him with that darkness, devouring his soul and turning him into a beast. He forcefully subdued it with the help of a friend, and made it his own to master

• After awakening its power, Ah Gou's Mutated Form OHKOs 4 Horned Gods and moves fast enough that it cannot be seen even by a God observer




• Can appear from anywhere on Ah Gou's body; also overwhelms Chi Long's dragons instantly after appearing from a prone position




• Strong enough to slightly injure Chi Long and slam him into a building




• Is nebulously many times more durable than Ah Gou's actual body




• Mutated Form is easily fast enough to keep pace with Ah Gou in a flurry of blows




• Can be summoned instantly to attack




• Gets destroyed by Chi Long in one hammer blow and immediately regenerates itself entirely




• Mutated Form can blitz Shen Yen, the god that caught War Cannon's projectile




• Curiously, is outright stated to be immune to soul or mental manipulation (that's what Seer's Vision has control over)




• Is fast and strong enough to hurt Tian if he's distracted




• Unfortunately, is also weak enough that Tian can pierce Mutated Form with ease and then rip it apart




• Dies in one hit to Tian's Blood Spear whilst under the effects of Monochrome




• Will react instinctually if Ah Gou is in danger

DIVINE POWER: MONCHROME

• Shoves back SiWang and begins cracking his Soul Gear




• Has named his passive Aura 'Dark Prison' now, alongside having a noticeable increase in power that Ah Gou notes gets immensely stronger the closer you are to him




• 'Dark Wall' can hold opponents mid-air and slam them to the ground




• Dark Prison 100% negates Bu Nu's base form physical strikes and proceeds to start tearing apart his body, making him weak enough that Ah Gou can now injure him




• Dark Wall can be used offensively as well to crush opponent under the pressure




• Dark Wall used against Bu Nu's battle armor starts breaking under his most powerful attack, and when it begins shattering the blowback harms Ah Gou; finally it is shattered after a four count




• Dark Wall is defined as putting Monochrome's defensive power to its limit in one singular area




• 'True Dark Prison' is the name given to the apex of his Divine Power now and is strong enough to instantly erase from existence numerous Smelting Aura beings encased in weak Battle Armor; Ah Gou notes it is a last-resort maneuver that if broken will be the end of himwhilst Bu Nu notes it's powerful enough that it feels as if his blood has stopped flowing even within his Battle Armor's protection




• Bu Nu tries to push against True Dark Prison and notes that even for him it's like swimming directly up a waterfall; it ultimately shatters his Battle Armor




• Limitation, but Dark Prison can apparently be reflected somewhat by Aura of Origin




• Dark Wall struggles against multiple, concentrated Aura of Origin explosions




• True Dark Prison overwhelms Aura of Origin entirely




• Against an intangible foe, True Dark Prison turns him solid and lets him be forced out of his intangibility-granting armor




• Ah Gou's Monochromatic Aura's range is pretty insanely huge




• Utilizing True Dark Prison, holds back an anthropomorphic city golem temporarily, slowing its advance; it is noted he's holding back the weight of a mountain

• Whilst using Dark Prison, can neutralize Bai Lian's Divine Skill to the point he walks across the surface of it now as opposed to sinking into it
