Story:

Super Perfect Cell flies to the OPM world to absorb strong warriors in order to become stronger. He ends up arriving in A-City and starts attacking the city. The hero association tries to identify his threat level and sends lower-class heroes first to test Cell's power then followed by the higher class ones if they fail to defeat Cell before Cell finds out there is a hero HQ and destroys it.

Location: A-City

Round 1: Cell vs Mumen Rider, Tank Top Tiger, Sneck, Lightning Max, and Stinger

Round 2: Cell vs Iaian, Sweet Mask, Puri-Puri Prisoner, Fubuki, and Genos

Round 3: Cell vs Tornado, Bang, Atomic Samurai, Darkshine, Metal Bat, Child Emperor, and King

(If cell passes round 3)

Final Round: Cell vs Saitama

Description:

1) Win by death or K.O.

2) Morals off.

Cell has a regeneration core just like Melzalgald or whatever his name is so the heroes can use the same strategy to defeat him.

How are they gonna damage him? Super perfect cell was superior to Final form frieza and frieza in his base form could bust planets with ease.

Android #17 and #18 were superior to Final Form freiza, Super Perfect Cell was MASSIVELY Superior to Android #17 and #18 just to give little more context on how strong Super Perfect Cell is.

I know how strong he is I just chose to say frieza because of the amount of feats he has such as multiple showings of planet busting.

They can't damage him and he can one shot them all. I was joking but also making my argument sound believable enough to fool people into thinking I was serious.

lol Cell loses. he already has to go thru three rounds and is damaged, by the time he fights Saitama he'll be able to get one punched. (a really strong punch, though)
