Which one is superior? If you could only have one for the rest of your life - which one would it be?

I wouldn't say its superior, but I've become lazier with age and if I had to choose I'd pick anime.

With manga being the source material for 99% of anime, and a lot of anime being low quality, cash grab marketing tools for manga, I'd say that manga tends to be superior most of the time.

That said, getting a high quality adaption of any manga is always great. Seven Deadly Sins is amazing to watch as an anime as it closely follows the source material and really brings it to life. Same goes for things like FMA: Brotherhood.

If all anime were at that quality, I'd pick anime 100% of the time.

When you see what is on paper come to life an the sound to go with it. The big fight scenes that makes the room shakes.

Then there is the piece of mind relaxing outside reading a nice Manga.

I choose both
