I don't think so. He has fights against physically superior opponents where he does well so it's not like he's only faced fodder.

@nfactor1995:
I think we can get a pretty good idea if we look at feats where he didn't really abuse his physicals (or was facing an equal);
- Beating 9 Hydra Agents in as many seconds
- Stomping Batroc
- Handily beat someone roughly as durable as him and with better striking (Crossbones)
- Having a slight edge over TWS
- " " Black Panther
...or showings where he was severly outmatched in physicals or numbers but survived through skill;
- Making War-Machine look stupid
- Fighting with Ultron for several minutes
- Stomping Spider-Man
Those are probably the most important ones. I'd say he can win this.

Steve. Nobu's not that skilled. Stomping early Matt is a decent feat, but not that great.
EDIT: Eh, I guess Nobu can win round 2 if he uses his full agility.

@highaccuser:
From the offical Daredevil facebook page, Matt Murdock knows: Boxing, Muay Thai, Grounding-and-Pounding, Kung Fu, Judo, Aikido, Capoeira, Taekwondo, Escrima, Tricking, and Pro-Wrestling.
According to the fight choreographer, Philip Silvera, Daredevil uses a mixture of styles:
He modeled Daredevil’s fighting style so that it was like that of a seasoned MMA fighter, mixing Matt’s lineage as the son of Battlin’ Jack Murdock, along with his martial arts training by his mentor, Stick. “He's learned everything from wing chun to trapping to silat to kali,” said Silvera. “We wanted to put all those things into the stew and create his own unique style and give him his own flavor.”
Nobu stomped a guy that knows 9 Martial Arts, on top of boxing, 'ground and pounding', tricking, trapping and escrima to the point he could combine them and make his own unique style.
How is stomping Matt not an amazing feat?

His feats against fodder and physically superior foes aren't close to as good as Cap's. I mean Kingpin didn't even have striking feats outside Matt's range while Steve fought Ultron.

Going with Steve in round one. Nobu wasn't all that impressive without his weapon. That said, I'm not sure about round 2. Maybe Cap for a small majority for now.

His feats against fodder
Well yeah, If Matt had SSS stats he'd do much better too. I mean do you think Cap would of even stood a chance in say, the Elevator fight if he had Matt's stats?
When Matt is actually able to fight, uninjured he was taking on 5-6 Hand Ninjas with ease.
physically superior foes
I agree which is why I think this is a good fight.
One could make the argument that Cap is the better fighter, but Matt has actual proof he is a master of multiple martial arts among other things and Nobu borderline embarrassed him, landing 3-4+ hits for everyone Matt tried.
As well, Nobu did not beat Matt due to being physically superior, he was significantly more skilled.

I don't think so. He has fights against physically superior opponents where he does well so it's not like he's only faced fodder.

@nfactor1995:
I think we can get a pretty good idea if we look at feats where he didn't really abuse his physicals (or was facing an equal);
- Beating 9 Hydra Agents in as many seconds
- Stomping Batroc
- Handily beat someone roughly as durable as him and with better striking (Crossbones)
- Having a slight edge over TWS
- " " Black Panther
...or showings where he was severly outmatched in physicals or numbers but survived through skill;
- Making War-Machine look stupid
- Fighting with Ultron for several minutes
- Stomping Spider-Man
Those are probably the most important ones. I'd say he can win this.

@nfactor1995:
I think we can get a pretty good idea if we look at feats where he didn't really abuse his physicals (or was facing an equal);
- Beating 9 Hydra Agents in as many seconds
- Stomping Batroc
- Handily beat someone roughly as durable as him and with better striking (Crossbones)
- Having a slight edge over TWS
- " " Black Panther
...or showings where he was severly outmatched in physicals or numbers but survived through skill;
- Making War-Machine look stupid
- Fighting with Ultron for several minutes
- Stomping Spider-Man
Those are probably the most important ones. I'd say he can win this.

@highaccuser:

I don't think so. He has fights against physically superior opponents where he does well so it's not like he's only faced fodder.

@nfactor1995:
I think we can get a pretty good idea if we look at feats where he didn't really abuse his physicals (or was facing an equal);
- Beating 9 Hydra Agents in as many seconds
- Stomping Batroc
- Handily beat someone roughly as durable as him and with better striking (Crossbones)
- Having a slight edge over TWS
- " " Black Panther
...or showings where he was severly outmatched in physicals or numbers but survived through skill;
- Making War-Machine look stupid
- Fighting with Ultron for several minutes
- Stomping Spider-Man
Those are probably the most important ones. I'd say he can win this.

Steve. Nobu's not that skilled. Stomping early Matt is a decent feat, but not that great.
EDIT: Eh, I guess Nobu can win round 2 if he uses his full agility.

@highaccuser:

@firstolympian:

OT: Cap both rounds in a good fight. Round 2 could be interesting.

R1: Not sure, could go either way. Nobu's best feat is beating an inexperienced Matt. Steve can win.
