angular 7 multi template via styles url

this code worked in angular 6
but not working angular 7 but that loaded
why?
let lang = localStorage.getItem('lang');
let thm = localStorage.getItem('theme');
export function theme()
let styles = ;
let style1 = "/css-admin/" + lang + "-admin.component.less";
let style2 = "/css-admin/" + thm + ".less";
styles.push(style1)
styles.push(style2)
return styles;
