What exactly is meant by “Java Endorsed Standards Override Mechanism” and how is this applied to XML Parsers in Java8
I do not understand what is meant by - Java Endorsed Standards Override Mechanism. I am debugging an issue regarding the SAX parsers in Tomcat and Java8 and I came across this link - https://docs.oracle.com/javase/8/docs/technotes/guides/standards/index.html
I am not able to understand the meaning of it. Does it mean that these classes are loaded without need of tomcat class loaders? If so, then how? Are these embedded with Java8?
