How would you tier these characters in terms of power ?

Also who wins and why? Give your reasons below .

It's hard to say. Too many what if scenarios. Willow should be able to beat jasmine but Glory wouldn't die unless she turns to ben and Illyria may be the strongest of all so who really knows

Illyria or Willow, rest are fodder.

Illyria slows time, snaps everybody's necks, and casually goes on with her day. Out of everyone in the list, only Glory offers any kind of opposition to Illyria, and that's through sheer physical strength. Dark Willow would be next, but she's still outclassed by quite a lot (and I don't even think she could beat Glory honestly). I'm not sure if Jasmine's spell would work on Illyria, so she's out of the question.

Quite a big chunk of this list is just superhuman strong people, with nothing else to really make them unique. The Master, Hamilton, Connor, the other vampires, the Beast, Caleb, Adam, they're all just really strong and some are really durable. But as for special abilities? They don't really have much, certainly not anything that would offer any damage to Glory, let alone Illyria.

Honestly between Illyria and Glory. We never saw the upper limit to either powers.

I gather this Live Action feats only for Illyria and Willow? because they would wreck if comic feats are allowed.

If its just live action then Illyria stops time and kills/beats most of the opposition. Glory (due to blunt force and stabbing invulnerablility) and Quortoth (due to sheer size) would be the only ones that wouldn't fall, so essentially this is Glory vs Illyria (Live action) vs Quortoth 😂, in which case Illyria wins after a good fight (as Glory has speed to match Illyria's time abilites, but has more weaknesses like reverting into Ben and I don't recall much durablity feats from Quortoth other than being massive).

Tier 1 - Illyria, Glory and Quortoth

Tier 2 - Dark Willow (live action), Jasmine and The Mayor (Old One)

Tier 3 - Adam, Hamilton, Caleb, The Beast, Cyvus Vail and Sahjhan.

Tier 4 - Warren, The Master, Angel, Spike, Darla and Drusilla,

Tier 5 - Lindsey (without orbs)

Illyria stomps.

It would end up being between Glory, Illyria and Jasmine.
