Thanos vs Hulk. It set the tone for the entire film. The Hulk has always been considered the big gun of the team, and to see one of earth's strongest get bodied left people in the theaters shook.

Long hair. As much as I love what they've done with his since Ragnarok, his personality along with the hair cut makes you feel like you're watching Chris Hemsworth instead of Thor at times.
