Dang I feel like it's gotta be Team 2, but Magneto is OP so I dunno

Team 2 although Magneto would do some damage before going down. I just don't see him beating Doomsday.

Team 1 and it's not close.

Team 2 and it's not close. CW Flash dies 1st. Super or DD are enough.

Team 1 wins pretty easily. Magneto could just take Stormbreaker from Thor and use it to kill Thor and Doomsday. Superman will likely be too fast to avoid it, but he is then going to getter double teamed by both Kara and Barry.
