It is possible for Storm to be in a Thor movie and if that happens, what would you like to see?

As things stands... I wouldn't, because she'd be made to play second fiddle to Thor.

But wasn't Storm the one who beat Hela and saved Asgard in comics?

Even if she was,she is not going to usurp Thor in his own movie.

My idea is that the next Thor movie which will feature Storm is that the villain Mangog so powerful that it will take a unique and powerful magic orb that will only exist when all of Odin's siblings gather together and combine all their strength and power into one giant, powerful magic orb that shoots directly to the the enemy and incinerate.

After the first hour of the movie, Gaia reveals to them that all Odin's siblings have to gather to form a powerful magic, the only thing to beat the villain. So the second hour is about Loki looking for a way to revive Hela with the help of Odin's spirit, showing us that Odin loves Loki too. And Loki convinced Hela to help them save Asgard. While Thor searches for Angela and convince her to join him too. And as Asgard is about to fall, the four gather together to form the mystic orb that will destroy Mangog. The orb starts to shoot and Mangog shoots a blast too until Mangog's blast dominated and destroys the orb. The four siblings are feeling down, confused as the villain attacks them. Gaia shows up and fights Mangog too and was also confused why the sibling's orb was weak and did not work. Odin's spirit shows up as well to help Gaea and his children fight Mangog. Gaea asks Odin if he has another child or another child from another woman but Odin said, he had none but just four children. Gaea then asks the children to help each other as she uses her power to form a magic bowl that shows looking for a possible child of Odin, different women, etc but to no avail until the last image showing a plane crash and out of the rubble is a white-haired little girl which she recognizes. Gaia knows Ororo Munroe, her favored Earthling who is called by her fellow Xmen as Storm, having the ability to control the weather. But she also knows she is not Odin's child. Odin sees the windrider image inside the mystic bowl and scream's "Storm?" Gaia said to Odin I know she's not your child but the truth orb shows her. She's not even a goddess. Gaia (with multiple question marks on inside her head)starts using her powers, opening a dimension portal to get Storm. Storm on Earth was shopping and then suddenly Gaia shows up to her as Storm says "By the Godess" Gaia stretches her hand to Storm, come in my child, we need you. Storm tried asking why but Gaia told her to just come with her. each siblings are down. Odin is hit by Surtur's attack screaming in pain as he starts fading, Gaia and Storm appears and Storm and Odin looked at each other and Storm subconsciously cried "father" before Odin fades completely. MANGOG talks that Gaia will be next as he laughs how an Earthling, how a mutant can possibly be Odin's child.

MANGOG attacks with a blast and Gaia defends with her blast too. She screams, uses her powers to wake up the four siblings. As they regained consciousness, Gaia tells them to gather together again, hold hands, this time with Storm. Thor, Loki, Hela and Angela. Thor, Loki, Hela and Angela know her as they know the X-men and even they are also puzzled at how she is Odin's sibling, but they went to Storm, hold hands together , forming a circle. Bowing down, closing their eyes, concetrating as their powers exits their body and gathers at the center of them , on top of them , as their energies combine and slowly forms into an orb. Gaia then sees Storm elevating, her whole body glowing and somewhat undergoing the process of deification. All the five children are glowing but Storm glowed the most. Gaia smiles as she sees hope. MANGOG pushes harder and Gaia is hit and when Gaia is about to be engulfed by Mangog's blast...

"Stop!" Storm shouts. MANGOG looks at the five children who are floating in the air in one line , all hands raised and waves their hands forward, Mangog shocked at what he sees and groans "what the" stops shooting at Gaia and shoots directly to the orb shooting blast coming at him. Mangog puts all his strength and powers but his blast is gradually being eaten by the orb's blast until he gets hits and screams "Noooooooo!" Until he got incinirated completely.

As the five children slowly starts to descend to the ground, Storm instantly changes back to her human form and faints.

Angela calls "Gaia, is Storm alright?" Gaia answers "She is alright. She used all her power and strength than any of you, as if she's willing to sacrifice her life." She's sleeping.

Loki: what shall we do next. Take her with us in Asgard?

Thor: I actually have a crush on Storm. Is he really Dad's child?

Angela: I'm glad the battle is over. Can I go home now?

Thor: Stay with us a little longer Angela. We never knew you are our sister too

Hela: I guess I'm not welcome here after all the things I've done.

Loki: Hela, we're siblings. We forgive you

Thor: yeah but don't do it again.

Odin spirit shows up. Looks like the show is over.

Thor: Father

Odin: I'm glad to see all my children united.

Odin looks at Gaia who just smiled. Odin asks: So how did Storm become my child cos I don't remember any connections to her.

Gaia said: Storm have experienced what a true goddess is when all of you gathered together to create the orb that is powerful enough to kill Surtur.

Odin: But how is she my child Gaia?

Gaia: Just like Loki, you adopted Storm, in the future, when she became a full-pledged goddess.

Odin: But I'm already dead.

Gaia: In the future, you will return to life again.

Odin: Really? Wow, cant wait to live again. But Now I understand why she is considered my child. Hela, Thor, Loki and Angela can help her become a true goddess.

Gaia: I will remove her memory from the time I showed up to her until she fainted. I dont want her to be confused why she was here. It's not time yet. She still have a lot of things to do with the Xmen. And Thor, I know you love spendihg time on Earth. Dont tell her about what happened today, nor what she will become in the future. Because she eventually will become a true goddess, starting with taming her own hammer.

Thor: she will have a hammer too? That's cool. I hope she drinks a lot too.

Gaia: i'm taking Storm back to Earth.

Gaia uses her power to make Storm's body float as they enter the portal and fades away.

Last scene shows Asgardians rebuilding Asgard but starts getting destroyed again as we see Hela and Angela fighting each other when Angela knew Hela wanted to destroy Asgard.

Of course Hela doesnt want to lose a fight so she is fighting back and we see Thor and Loki getting tossed by them as they both try to pacify their sisters. :)

So what do you guys think about my idea? :)

Well... if this was part of the current MCU, it couldn't work, since everyone but Thor is dead and Surtur fulfilled his destiny and is quite happy about being dead as well.

And bump it all back to before Ragnarok... that would be messy tbh, because not only are you planning on introducing Hela as Odin's child, you also want Angela and Ororo... which I think is a point where the whole 'secret sister' thing goes beyond the breaking point of credibility.

The idea of making Ororo Odin's daughter... ehh, I dont really fancy that idea. Odin is not Zeus, he doesnt have a hundred kids scattered across the world. Secondly, it doesn't sound right that he'd have Thor and install him as God of Thunder and just leave Ororo with similar powers in a slum somewhere.

Rather, I'd go with a post-IW Thor thinking he needs to beef up the depleted Avengers (several casualties on the team after IW), so he goes looking for potential earthlings to joing his Mighty Avengers. And not surprisingly he is attracted to rumors Black Panther has heard of a weather witch living in rural Kenya. Thor heads off to find her, thinking a kindred spirit would surely join him... only for Storm to attack him on sight thinking he was a threat of somekind.

Well, isnt Hela introduced as Odin's first born? I know that in comics, Hela is not their sister. But in MCU, she is their sister.

My idea is Gaia is trying to check all Odin has meet, it doesnt necessairily mean Odin had a lot of girls.

Storm as a true goddess needs a place to belong to so my idea is Odin adopts her as a child. Storm is not a real child Odin. Just like Loki, Odin adopts Storm when she became a true godess.

For your idea, it doesn't sound interesting and Storm should know that Thor is a hero.

She is. But leaving her forgotten serves a certain point. Pull two more sisters out of the unknown and you start getting that clown sketch where 5 get out of a very small car.

Though it might work... it just wouldn't really work with Odin, especially not Marvel's, because he is kind of a dick, but a dick with foresight. In the Thor movies he only took Loki because he hoped he could one day bridge Asgard and Jotunheim and bring peace, not because he really cared about the infant.

How? If she lives in rural Kenya she's possibly not in range of a radio or a tv. Plus with the IW fallout, the mood might have changed on Earth against the Avengers. Or we could say Storm got her powers from the event, like she was one of the people who vanished and came back with her powers... so young woman, awesome powers she can't fully control or understand, shunned by her community and now some white slab of meat with hammer shows up looking for her.

Ive watched Ragnarok. I just dont know much about characters in Thor stories.

Well, if Hela was made a sister, I don't think the MCU would not acknowledge Angela as their sister too.

Storm has a hammer. And it would be great to see a glimpse of Storm becoming a true godess through my idea. And since Storm doesn't really have a family of gods to kinda stay/live with, I'm sure she will be welcome in Asgard. That's why and since I don't want other Storm fans to get mad at me if I wanted Storm to be a real child of Zeus (though it'd be really interesting) but it's more interesting to see a human/mutant become a real goddess.

Storm's lineage is favored by a godess/godesses so it is possible that the original ancestors of their line, the original parents, one of the parents could be a deity.

I'm not a writer though I wanted to be one cos I feel I have creative ideas. I actually thought of creating characters of my own and use my Storm story ideas to it but I kinda find it hard because those ideas are for Storm.

I have struggles with the english language though I can make the one Ive made on this thread better if i wasnt in a hurry. But having someone to make good edits that doesn't change the direction/impact/intention that I want it to be would be better.

And I'm a kind of writer who wants action and drama on my stories, especially for comics because they're superhroes and fans would want to see their favorite characters in action. But i also believe in quality, so adding drama/connection would make my stories more interesting.

Thank you for making me feel good today. Thank you for appreciating my idea. Because sometimes some people dont appreciate if the english is bad. But you, you dwelled on the ideas/thought.

@jhazzroucher: I would say your English is better than most people I've seen on here. Some of them don't know the difference between "than" and "then" when they make comparisons. Or "you're" and "your" so I would say, your English is perfect. And who TF says lambaste besides high school English teachers? I never heard that word in a long time lol.

Ahaha. I actually tend to use the not-so-common words (esoteric?)when I was younger. Even when I first started posting on this site, I would make sure my english are right. But now, usually, i dont care if the spellings are wrong (im very good at spelling actually) or if some words need an apostrophe because im just too lazy to go back or edit. What counts is the thought. :)

But yeah, it would be better if I go back and/or edit.

I'd rather not see screen time wasted on a second fiddle X-Man when we could be getting Sif or the Valkyries or any other far superior character of the Thor comics explored in the movie instead.

Storm would be a good fit since her weather powers are god-like powers, favored by goddesses and has a hammer too, also a great way to introduce an x-men character to a Thor movie.

But it would be great if you play along which is the purpose of this thread.

How about we actually get a DECENT MCU Storm first. Hell,how about we get DECENT MCU x-men before we talk about crossovers.

Having storm in a thor movie makes no sense really. Their powers overlap and they share little history. She belongs in a x-man movie or black panther movie.

I don't think so. They may only have a few conversations but their history is greater especially that Storm also has a hammer.

all of which proves my point. they have a similar power set and they have little history together. they probably had way more than a few conversations, also. having 2 weather gods in the same movie makes no sense. one of them will have to be incapacitated throughout most of the movie which would defeat the purpose. the purpose of a movie is to tell a good story. the only good story to tell with both of them is if thor is ko'd and somehow storm shows up to take up the slack. that will never happen any time soon.

Storm does not need to be in a Thor movie. His Movies are Snoozefest and boring. Storm will not be apart of another snoozefest movie.

DC characters pretty much have a lot of characters with similar powers and will all show up one day in future dc movies

i just want to see her do anything besides be a background character. she is probably the second most popular mutant behind wolvie. i don't get the studio's insistence of focusing on characters that no one cares about. who really wanted to see mystique become a good guy? not too mention she doesn't act like the comic book mystique in the slightest. she may at best be considered to be an anti-hero in the comics. black panther showed that a black character in a movie can be marketable. the movie made 700 million dollars in the us alone and over 600 million over seas. i am pretty sure that most of that money wasn't from black people. i also don't think that black people were flying over seas just to support black panther.

Singer's xmen movies were focused more on between Professor X, Magneto and Mystique and then put Wolvie as one of the main too since he is the most popular xman.
