Fight takes place on the helicarrier where The Winter Soldier and Cap fought.

Nebula has a retractable sword and element gun and Cap has his shield, grappling hook, and various plastic explosives.

Tough one but Nebula might be durable than Steve

Does Cap even know how to use all that stuff?

Anyway, I have to go with Nebula because she is more durable and can repair herself from injuries due to her mechanical body parts like she did in GOTG2. I don't think Cap can put her down, and Nebula seemed to be about as strong as Gamora which would give her an edge over Cap. Overall I think they are close physically, but Cap just wouldn't be able to keep her down.

Nebula, Cap just can't keep her down. She can heal from whatever damage Cap inflicts.

And she can at least keep up with him judging from her fights with Gamora (someone who arguably had better stats to Super Soldiers).

Cap wins rather easily.

Nebula has done nothing that puts her in Caps tier.

Killians healing ability is superior imo, but she is definitely up there.

@angeljax: Nebula has only shown a ridiculous healing factor. But neither her or Gamora have shown better strength and speed than Cap who can send people flying, kick a truck and use it as a weapon, and toss Ultron. Cap is ridiculous

She has the muscle strentgh to break out of Groot's branches with no leverage, jump 30+ft, held Drax for about a full minute while entering a planet's atmosphere (and Drag baging into tree after tree), held a gigantic space gun and balanced it on her shoulders and the recoil. She was outrunning the same gun on foot when Nebula had the Milano.

Nebula is a rival to Gamora and her cybernetic enhancements were integrated into Nebula to equal Gamora's stats .

Cap has more impressive feats.

Nebula. Her healing factor is ridiculous. Only way I see Cap winning is by decapitating her, but seeing that she's superior to Cap in almost every way except maybe skill, that doesn't seem very likely.

Compare her better performance against a pissed off Thanos to Cap's inferior performance against a borderline unserious Thanos.

Cap is better at everything other than pure strength. He wins very solidly.

Proof?

I have seen alot of statements but not many feats.(like gamora lifting a ship gun is cool but she never utilizes that in striking strength)

And nebula has less feats AND showings than her.
