Vision and colossus can't everyone else can

Supergirl and Silver surfer. The rest don’t have super speed (maybe mmh does, but he doesn’t use it). Faster people have tried, and failed.

In terms of strenth, everyone but iron man and colossus.

If it's just strength the only ones who can't do it are the mutants.

Thor, Supergirl and hulk definitely can.

Everyone else I don't know enough about to give a perfect answer.

No one except Supergirl and maybe Sulver Surfer is fast enough to do that.

Probably Thor and Supergirl, strictly.

It's her slowest and most telegraphed attack. I haven't even looked at the list, but I'll be damned if there are only 2 characters that can stop it.

From the ones I know of, Silver Surfer.

Everyone here should be able to do it, except maybe Colossus.

Edit: Silver Surfer doesn't really have lifting strength feats so i can't say for sure if he can.

Just to clarify, speed is not a factor. Everyone on the list is close enough to grab her wrists. I didn’t want to give super-speed to characters that don’t have it.

She really wasn't using much of her strength doing that bracelet clash

So if speed is a non factor then everyone can except maybe colossus who is the weakest here.
