Heihachi out his prime nearly stalemated Akuma and survived a Raging Demon with no visible damage. He should be more powerful than Bison who was nearly killed by a Raging Demon. Jin is one of the strongest characters in the series. Once his full power devil transformation becomes canon he'll arguably be the strongest. M. Bison should have gotten Ryu or even Akuma as a partner. Sagat cannot defeat Jin or Heihachi.

Nina could probably defeat Cammy. But I do not think Anna would defeat Chun-Li. I can see Cammy lasting longer against Nina than Anna would against Chun-Li.

Kazuya just beat Heihachi and Shin Akuma in Tekken 7. These were back to back fights. At best you could say he stalemated Akuma but Akuma came into the battle with the intention of killing him and failed. So that's a win for Kazuya either way. Ryu is not stronger than Akuma yet. He's only beaten him in non-canon and the form of him that he beat was not Shin Akuma. Personally I always thought Ken was better than Ryu in base. Even in non canon he knocked Ryu out of his Evil form with one combination. But currently Ken shouldn't be above Ryu even in base. That's not good because he is going to have to fight Bryan Fury. Who is a complete monster and has a lot more impressive feats than him.

I do not really know how strong King is but his cannonical rival was Jack-7 in Tekken 7 (not kidding). The Jack's have some pretty ridiculous feats. Before Jack his rival was Marduk who is similar to Zangief in terms of physical ability and size. Paul is almost as strong as base Jin and Kazuya. However he is very clumsy and a serious oppponent like Guile could take advantage of that.

Forest Law doesn't really have any credible feats. This fight is basically Marshall Law vs Vega and Balrog. Because of the danger Forest is going to be in here. Marshall is going to be fighting serious. Marshall Law is equal to Paul Phoenix. Who was completely undefeated in the third Iron Fist Tournament and defeated Ogre (a god of hand to hand combat). I do not think Vega and Balrog could defeat Ogre. Marshall Law should be able to take this fight mid to high difficulty.
