Chris Hemsworth. I can't think of anytime I've seen Henry Cavill ever try to be funny. Granted I've only seen him in the DCEU and The Man from UNCLE. Even in Justice League, I can't really think of any times where he even tried to be comedic.
Chris Hemsworth has his moments, especially in Thor: Ragnoark. "I know him, he's a friend from work." was hilarious.

Cavill hasn't been in comedies of any kind as far as I can remember.
He's rather the smoldering, charming kind. Watch him in The Tudors or The Man from UNCLE. Dude is really flamboyant.
Hemsworth has experimented with comedy before. Although his work isn't really acclaimed, it's either a hit or a miss type, he still has an association with the genre. That's the sole reason he's starring in the Men in Black reboot.

Don't remember Cavill in any comedic roles (well, perhaps in "The Man from UNCLE" - but that was more like action movie with dark comedy elements than anything else), while Thor Ragnarok was pure comedy movie, so...
Actually, kinda feels like this poll set up for Hemsworth to win.

Well, the majority of Chris Hemsworths biggest movies have been in the comedy genre, the MCU (action comedies before anybody gets offended) and Ghostbusters.

Also,
"This is Thanos we're talking about. He's the toughest there is"
"Well, he's never fought me."
"Yeah he has."
"He's never faught me twice"
This was such a well delivered line, along with the asgardian dialect.

Also,
"This is Thanos we're talking about. He's the toughest there is"
"Well, he's never fought me."
"Yeah he has."
"He's never faught me twice"
This was such a well delivered line, along with the asgardian dialect.

Also,
"This is Thanos we're talking about. He's the toughest there is"
"Well, he's never fought me."
"Yeah he has."
"He's never faught me twice"
This was such a well delivered line, along with the asgardian dialect.

People just say Chris because of tr while we have different perspectives of comedy. Tr was begging for laugh, while movies like mission impossible fallout and the man from Uncle had dark comedy with its Charming humor.

Also,
"This is Thanos we're talking about. He's the toughest there is"
"Well, he's never fought me."
"Yeah he has."
"He's never faught me twice"
This was such a well delivered line, along with the asgardian dialect.

People just say Chris because of tr while we have different perspectives of comedy. Tr was begging for laugh, while movies like mission impossible fallout and the man from Uncle had dark comedy with its Charming humor.
