Church, he could trade blows with season 5 Oliver (although not for long)

This is a really good fight. Both are expert leaders in their own way, both are on par with Arrow h2h wise and both are expert tacticians. This could go either way. I'd give Church the edge as he was rated as peak human.

Kovar seemed more impressive to me. Oliver was always either toying with Church or stomping him (not that he wouldn't stomp Kovar too though).

Oliver isn't one to toy around in character. While Kovar did put up a better fight than Oliver the version he lost to should in theory be much weaker than the one Church fought.

I've heard that Oliver purposely held back against Church in one of their fights in order to test Ragman. Not sure if that's true or not.

Kovar lost to a much less skilled Oliver Queen than Church did.

Kovar wins bcoz he's played by Dolph Lundgren.

@wallywest042: That's giving too much credit to Lundgren. He really hasn't done anything impressive lately. If it weren't for Arrow he would've faded into nothing.
