Over time, he can destroy the surface of a planet.

I think that in order for the bifrost to do that it needs a strong conduit like the mechanism in Asgard, which Heimdall activated with his sword, or Stormbreaker, which is strong enough to endure that kind of power.

I don't think so, he could summon the bifrost for a small period of time to transport Hulk to Earth, but i'm not sure if he could maintain it open long enough to wipe the surface of a planet, since he was struggling to summon it in the first place an it required dark magic to do so, which weakens Asgardians. But on the other hand he was almost dead when he did it, so in optimal conditions he can probably maintain it open for a longer period of time, but surely still not enough to do anything significant to a planet.
