This is tough going off feats for talzin her feats are
* rivaled sidious for a short time
* took dookus body over
* healed darth maul
* survived death twice
And she rivaled mace windu with all of these feats i would say she would rival yoda at range it honestly depends if yoda can get close enough to use his saber then he wins unless maul is also with talzin she wins in the force yoda wins in dueling i can see talzin keeping yoda away eventually over powering him or getting in a tie
So she wins or ties if she keeps yoda away
Yoda wins if he reaches talzin
I think talzin wins just because she gave sidious a harder challenge than yoda he has little feats compaied to her
