How to cast LiveData<List<User>> to LiveData<List<IEntity>>?
package cz.roomlivedata.entity;
import android.arch.persistence.room.Entity;
import android.arch.persistence.room.Index;
import android.arch.persistence.room.PrimaryKey;
@Entity(indices = @Index(value = "id", unique = true))
public class User implements IEntity
@PrimaryKey(autoGenerate = true) public int id;
private String name;
private String name; public User(String name) this.name = name;
public String getName() return name;
public void setName(String name) this.name = name;

You say that "User implements IEntity" not "... extends IEntitiy". But without the latter, you can't add anything from one List to the other
