Docker tensorflow + Docker Hadoop
I want to run MAP-REDUCE jobs with hadoop separate docker container sequenceiq and separate docker container with tensorflow. I do not want to install both applications (TF and HADOOP) in one container.
I am using HADOOP-streaming, so the idea is to pass data from MAP stage into another docker container through stream (both containers are in the same host), perform trainning on slice of data, and then pass these results into reduce JOB.
Is there a way to mount volume directory in HDFS-docker as volume for host machine and then mount this volume int docker container with tensorflow.
Or maybe you can provide examples which shows how to realize data processing
docker hadoop tensorflow

You'll have to install tensorflow SDKs wherever the code runs (which will be in YARN, within Hadoop)
