I feel inclined to back Juggernaut. I think Ronan in character will not expect Marko to just run through him.

Juggernaut. Ronan doesn't have many showings, and the ones he does have don't put him at Juggernaut's level.

Juggernaut should take this. He didn't have any problems in the movie up until that kid drained his "mutant powers". Ronan will likely underestimate him as well.

People seem to forget this dude tanked a ship flying into him and when his own ship plummeted to Xandar's surface, he walked out without a single scratch on him. He was sending Drax flying with light shoves and punches. And Drax is practically superhuman his damn self.

What can Juggs do to a guy like that?

Juggs best feat is beating on Wolverine and running through walls, both of which are surpassed by having a spacecraft crash into you with zero damage and dispatching Drax effortlessly.

Actually, I think there is. When Ronan and Drax battled on Knowhere, during the end of the fight, Drax was able to dent Ronan's armor by repeatedly punching it and Ronan seemed bothered by it. But later while augmented by the power stone, first he tanked Rocket's Hadron enforcer without even flinching and then the speeding spacecraft and came out totally unscathed.
