Aizen should win. I don't think Katakuri has any illusion defense so that would be a real problem, and Aizen just have better feats in general. Katakuri arguably has better physicals, but it would be based off of scaling off of Luffy, and even then I don't think that would be enough.

Katakuri is more versatile , stronger , faster and durable.

Strength I get, probably durability too, but how on earth are you gonna sit here and tell these people Katakuri is more versatile or faster then Arrancar Arc Aizen? The same Aizen who left SS because he reached the limit of what shinigami can attain in stats. You know, those Shinigami that are casually massively hypersonic? Not to mention him being one of the more intelligent characters in any series.

This is completely disregarding the hax that Katakuri has zero answer for.
