Depends on how quickly each team uses their hax. This should stalemate it.

I’ll go with sterns due to numbers advantage. But this is all a stretch so I’ll say stalemate to be safe. But the spriggan are defs not winning.

This comes down to who is faster on the draw. In theory, the Sterns should curbstomp. They have far better stats, raw power and the hax and versatility to win, but they have no answer to a Dimaria and Candice time stop/ shrinking combo assault. However, If Uryu and Jugram have Antithesis and The Balance active from the start, they could potentially counter this combo.

Sternritters easily. Even if Dimaria does manage to use time stop what are they gonna do to Lille or Gerard? They have no way to put them down even in time stop.

Sternritters slap but they have to blitz dimaria head off first which I'm pretty sure they will blitz before she clicks here teeth,fairy tail characters are disgustingly slow compared to HST.

sternritters stomp, even with Dimaria Time hax, there is the Balance, Imagination, and BLut vene which all quincies have for Extra Durable Skin/Body easily able to dispell even Renji direct SHikai strike without even a scratch from much weaker Quincies like As nodt compare to Elites and others.

Gerard can Solo, Lille Can Solo, Pernida can Solo, Askin can Solo, Gremmy can Solo if he takes it serious and since he aint fighting Kenpachi no need to worry, Hashlwath Solos,

Gerard= the more you injure him the stronger he gets, time hax is useless, since it would jjust make him stronger due to injuries

Lille= he is intangible, time is useless, and also immortal, can kill anyone on opposite team with 1 attack from Range and multiple at a time.

As kin= he is the most Cautions of all Elites, if he doesnt die in the first hit he kills everyone, cant assume Dimaria would use time first of he would use his abilities first, all we can say is he wont die to a mere sword slice as he has Blut vene and even survive getting cut by a sword that could slice anything including Lille Barro X Axis which is insane

Pernida= he is not gonna die in the first attack, survive getting cut by Kenpachi, unless you believe DImaria is as strong as kenpachi she aint causing that much damage at least before he gets her blood or arm in which case makes him compeltely immune to time because he would have evolved to move and control time.

Gremmy= the dude can create Life, create Space, Time is not that far ahead of his pay grade he probably think of time is cancelled and stop Dimaria Ability, Creating Life is way above Time abilities so is not that farfetch to think gremmy could also do something similar at least stop it via the V ability
