Zendesk widget for agents to respond
I would like that my logged in agents to use the zendesk widget to respond to customers, is that possible?
From what i read in the documentation you can only embed the widget for customers and agents have to use the zendesk dashboard to respond.

hey Sorin, why do you want your agents to respond via widget rather than dashboard? I don't think you'll be able to do it, but would be interesting to know more about the problem you are trying to solve.
