Calculation scale when dynamiclly adding javascript elements

0

While loading data from server and dynamically adding Material-UI Cards, making the screen content slightly larger. The content works fine in all browsers except safari-mobile. In safari mobile I get a very large second scroll bar which scroll the app screen out.

The DOM structure is as follow:

HTML -> body -> root(div) -> main

I have tried to:

1) Add the following roles to all the containers

overflow: hidden;
height: 100vh;

2) Change the DOM elements after loading completed, and the setState completed

 this.setState(...,
() =>
const doc = document.getElementById("main");
const roote = doc.parentElement;
const body = roote.parentElement;
const html = body.parentElement;

doc.overflow = "hidden";
doc.height = 0 / "100vh" / "100%" ...;
// same for all the others

);

Here is a screen shot of the issue:

simulator

Any suggestion of how to avoid this?
