I’m leaning Kratos in a tough fight.

Kratos has a gigantic strength advantage and lethal weaponary, but Spidey is far faster, more acrobatic and has plenty of tricks up his sleeve.

The only problem is, I can’t see Spidey putting Kratos down with strikes when he’s taken hits from Baldur, and Spidey would have to use a lot of web to incap him which could possibly be countered by Spartan Rage anyway.

Kratos, Spidey doesn't have the strength to knock him out. Kratos having all of his upgrades also means that he'll have plenty of stuff to deal with Spidey's ability, such as that time stop he has, which will close the distance between them.
