Technically the OP doesn't state whether stats are equalized up or down.

Only round Prometheus can win is round 3 but even then that depends on whose stats are effected.

True but I don't think Prometheus would have to change his style much if that were the case. He doesn't really have a mobile fighting style like cap does aside from that random flip he did for plot reasons.

Well I was assuming caps stats were lowered to Prometheus level. Technically everyone incorporates there physicals into fighting but with cap he specifically trained himself to use super soldier level physicals. If he was lowered to peak human levels I think his fighting style would have to change a bit and he would have to adapt. MCU super soldiers aside from Bucky have a very mobile fighting style IMO.

Like for example I don't think black widow can replicate the way cap threw ultron because she doesn't have the physicals to pull something like that off.
