Which Moonbuster are you talking about? Flash could just phase through him or speed blitz him with picosecond combat speed. I don't think Radditz has Moon level durability at all. He was getting hurt physically by Gohan and when Piccolo trumped him with a blast he was one shot along with Goku.

@rbt: Yeah. Either could solo Supergirl with a powerful ki blast. If not one 2 should do it. Especially Vegeta. A fully powered up Vegeta was giving Goku with the king Kais fist, a run for his money. Who is still hypersonic and is a full tier above city busting/mountain busting, while suppressed.

He is not. But he was able to phase though Supergirl who has survived a country level blast. Though speedblitz should do it, in the last episode he was able to show something like an IMP. I know its not a comic book level striking man, but still. Flash would make statues out of both. I don't think they have Moon level durability though at that time they were clearly not no selling weaker characters than Piccolo. They can dodge and deflect though.

They are all stats and have no phasing resistance feats like comic book characters do. It should work.
